Why don’t you provide printed cards?
Printing cards and shipping them out takes more of your time and money. By providing only a printable design we are able to get your product to you more quickly. We find that the customer saves a lot more money by being able to print their cards at their local 1 hour photo. Or even at their local professional photo printer. We recommend using a printer that provides matte finished prints.

We like the design of a baby girl/boy card but are adopting. Can we still order this design?
Yes. All designs can be modified to accommodate your needs. Just order the design from the girl/boy page and specify your text.

We like the design but would like different colors. Can this be done?
Yes all designs can be customized to the color palette you prefer.

How long does it take to get my design?
You will receive a digital proof in 2-3 days from the time of your order. Once it is approved a printable version will be sent to you immediately via email.

What kind of picture should I use?
A high resolution digital photo is best. We need at least 300 dpi for nice printing. A hard copy photo can also be sent to us and we will scan it in.

Should I alter the photo first before sending to you?
We prefer unaltered photographs. Please don't crop the photo we will make any necessary adjustments to help the photo look its best in the design you have chosen. Any color photograph can be made into black and white or sepia. Please let us know if this is the look you desire.

Can I send you a picture from the photo CD I got from my photo lab?
It is best that your photo does not come from the photo CDs that most photo labs give you when they process your prints. The resolution of the pictures on the CDs are low resolution, and will not result in a good print.

Do you offer any Thank You card designs?
We are willing to make any type of design you need. Just order a custom design and we will create the perfect design for you.

Can I get my announcement in another language besides English?
Yes. But you will need to send the text already written out in that language.

What payment methods do you accept?
Money orders, personal check, paypal, and credit cards.
